Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations

  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes

  • Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts

  • Maintain and update fixed asset schedules

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed

  • Prepare supporting documentation for audits and financial reporting

  • Help ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Support the preparation of internal and external financial statements

  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
